Anyone like me (mostly overactive bladder)???

I have severe OAB (due to Tarlov cysts on my S3 sacral nerve root) which leaves me with negligible bladder control. I have tried everything from cloth to every disposable variation available, and I have found that a diaper, booster pad, plastic pants combination provides the best protection for me. While incontinence "undergarments" and "pull-ups" may be easier to accept, I have found that the extra security of a full-on diaper makes more sense and is a far better option once you're able to get past the psychological barrier that you're wearing a diaper.

Good for you, schooner. You have done everything right. You experimented and found what works well for you. You obviously have accepted your situation and been able to cope with it.

I also agree with your comment about the psychological barrier regarding diaper wearing. I am not a DL, but I am very thankful for my diapers and realize how difficult it would be without them.
