Abdl while adulting

I wear nappies 24/7 because I am incontinent but no one needs to know I thoroughly enjoy being in them all the time.

I'm not incontinent, but I enjoy my thick plastic diapers whenever I do wear. I'd like to spend more time padded, but that may lead to OAB or other inconveniences.
