But Since June of last year I am living in Derry, NH, two towns north of Salem.

At least you have a pretty decent men's basketball program down there.
 
Right now, during the "Polar Vortex" invading most of America and Canada, we all might as well live at the North Pole.

(Having said that, I'm sure the Aussies and Kiwis on here are likely dealing with the exact other problem, and wish we could send some of this cold down there. Trust me, we would if we could. )
