I am okay this evening.
Online right now I am watching Educational Documentaries.
SOVIET STORM: WWII IN THE EAST
World War II from the Russian point of view.
Earlier I did have Supper.
I then went outside.
Too cold.
I was not outside for long.
I then continued shooting video for my next CATV Public Access Channel Program about Science.
Yes.
I also took my evening medications a short time ago.
I have also prepared my bed to sleep in later.

Outside it is sunny and 3 degrees Celsius.

I was outside for a short time.
Before that I had today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
Yes.
I took my 2nd medication of the day.
Earlier "TINKLE", my huge grey Teddy Bear watched a few minutes of CNN.
He told me that no way in Hell does a President have immunity from criminal prosecution while in office.
He said, that according to the Holy Bible, nobody is "above the law".
God has the absolute final word on the subject.
Anyway, it is almost time for my nap.
Yes.
The medical restraint mittens are going on.
Adult Babies are supposed to be physically helpless.

A quiet evening.
Earlier I needed to be in another teleconference.
The "Adult World" always intrudes, leaving me little time to be "Little".
I am in my usual evening online television watching routine.
At this time of day I am wearing nothing but a t-shirt and a diaper.
I have a clean pair of plastic pants with Koala Bears on them laid-out to wear over my diaper later at bedtime.

Like I am plugged up down below.
Peeing uncontrollably okay.
Simply my colon seems to have slowed down.
Not much else going on.
Earlier today this morning I performed more video shooting.
I am trying to get another TV show about Science completed for the town CATV Public-Access Channel.

It is about the origin of our Moon.
My evening routine as an Elderly Autistic never changes.
I will also note that I have been "editing" the video I have been shooting on my computer earlier today.
0:20 minutes of TV show completed of a 0:28 minute TV show about me talking about Science.

I do not waste time on unnecessary audio output.
I have been in my own little world all day long as usual.
I am in my bedroom refuge and I am quietly hugging one of my plushies, ERNIE ELEPHANT.

I had no nap this afternoon.

My day has been long.
Most of the day In church.
10:00 Morning Worship.
15:00 Afternoon Ordination Worship Service.
All day long in "Adult Mode".
But I did have ALOYSIUS BEAR plushie with me to not have any cognitive/emotional meltdowns.
I had to be mega-polite and nice all day as an Elderly Autistic.
Difficult, bit I did it.
Now in the evening I am quietly watching Educational Television Documentaries online.

I am in my wheelchair and watching a favorite Science television program:
BBC THE SKY AT NIGHT
I am in just in Night Owl Mode.
My usual mode to be in at this time of day.
I will note that during this morning's Worship Service at the church I belong to, I performed a duet with the pianist/organist/music director of a liturgical hymn.
Yes.
I played my guitar.
My guitar is ~ 50 years old.
Yes...
There is more to my life that being an "Adult Baby".

I have been bust this morning with video shooting/editing for my town of Derry, NH.
I am working on another Science TV show.
I will note that the music director/pianist/organist at the church I belong to that I performed a duet with also has Autism like me.
It was a long day at church yesterday.
Besides morning worship, there was a special afternoon "Clergy Ordination" worship service for one of the other members of the church I belong to.
Her son, "J" is also autistic like "S", our church's new music director.
Two other church members have Autistic Transgender adult children.
"N", MTF...
"R", FTM...
I know both of them online.
Anyway, I am okay, and I need to rest and take my nap...

I am finally watching Educational Television Documentaries.
Earlier I took my evening medications.
Before that, I worked on more video footage editing and creating video title graphics.
I also earlier watched some news on WMUR-TV, Channel 9 out of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Again, I apologize for being stuck in "Adult Mode".
I have a lot of video production to catch up with.
Again I am in Night Owl Mode.

It is a favorite World War II Documentary.
Stalingrad was Adolf (SHIT)ler's greatest military blunder.
Not much else has happened today.
It has been an indoor activity day all day.

I need to get myself a "City" Play Mat for all my MATCHBOX and HOT WHEELS toy cars and trucks.

I never looked at the people with those city mats with envy... I always was more content pretending the pattern on the living room rug was roadways... and that the pulled-up parts of the carpet were barriers and such.

Same morning routine.
Roll out of bed onto floor.
Crawl like a baby into my bathroom in my wet and sometimes messy night diaper.
Clean myself up.
Diaper myself.
Get dressed.
Transfer from from toilet to wheelchair.
Wheel into my kitchen.
Say "Good Morning!" to my roommate, Charlie.
Reach up into one of my kitchen cabinets where I keep my medications.
Dispense 1 tablet of FUROSEMIDE Diuretic.
Wheel over to my refrigerator.
Retrieve the bottle of cold "Generic" MARKET BASKET SUPERMARKET Brand Decaffeinated Diet Soda Pop.
Take the medication tablet.
Wash it down with a swig of Diet Soda Pop.
Anyway, I am okay.
Today looks like it is going to be another "indoor activity" day.
Outside it is cloudy and overcast.
The outside air temperature is 8 degrees Celsius.
