For me, I had an anal stricture from removing a hemorrhoid with electrolysis. My butt hole was so tight, I couldn't even get a finger in it or poop without laxatives. I still have to stretch it out once in a while, or it'll close back up. As a bonus, I can now poop freely without even trying.
