I definitely did this in my teens, I had a bit of a 'phase' where I would withdraw into my bedroom and isolate if I was feeling anxiety and depression. Under certain circumstances I might be left alone and unsupervised for a whole day, and I would just stay there in my room, not leave the room...

I like to suck my thumb when I am really stressed out, and if I am having trouble falling asleep sucking my thumb helps me relax. It is soothing. You do have to be careful not to do it mindlessly for hours because doing it habitually can mess up your teeth.

Yup! I have been a consistently poor wiper from kid to teen to adult. Not everybody can be good at everything! A diaper will get what the toilet paper or baby wipes miss. If the itching really gets to me I can "wipe" by adjusting my diaper from a standing position, or by shifting back and forth...

It seems like both the Abena M4 and this new Abena Slip style are available to me in Canada, I will order some of these new ones to try but I really hope the M4 I am used to isn't being phased out. I'm still crying over Confidry 24/7 being discontinued and I can't say goodbye to another...

I carry on as normal and the diaper takes it all.
