How long can you go without thinking about wearing diapers

Diapers always seem to be on my mind when I’m at work but not much when I’m not working. It’s strange but it always hits harder at work

I've been wearing 24/7 for about 10 years now. They do just become 'underwear' - and how often do you think about that?
That said, I do like wearing nappies. I do think about them frequently, but mostly from the point of view of 'are they visible?', 'are they going to leak?', 'can anyone hear the rustling sound they make?'

That makes sense to me, does that play a role for you daily? Wondering about what others may think about your diaper?

Hmm good question…

Being bladder IC since being a teenager, diapers are my normal state.

I’m more likely to think about my diaper’s capacity - or how it will last - than my diaper itself.

But at the same time, I also deal with serious chronic nerve pain in my pelvis and my diaper can act like a comfort blanket too, as they provide some pain relief and help me feel more confident.

I guess it depends how much energy I have in a day

I'm an occasional diaper wearer, typically 6-7 days per month (usually when I travel for work or am daring enough to wear at work). But I think about wearing most everyday. Just curious about how often people who are not incontinent or 24/7, think about wearing diapers.

When I’m wearing, I don’t think about it. As I’m removing my diaper each morning however, I’m already thinking about when I’ll be able to put a fresh, clean one on.

I’m active and not 24/7. But I have been wearing to bed every night which I look forward to.

After a night time diaper I do think about wearing in the afternoon or not. I check the forum frequently in the afternoons so that means I am thinking diapers almost hourly.

I tend To think of them a lot, could not say how many times a day but I am always aware of how many wees have been taken, where will I do my next change, how imminent is a change, am I leaking, is everything tucked away discretely, can anyone tell I am fully Nappied up and of course how lovely this is not having to search for closed or disgusting toilets as well as how comfortable I am, the list is pretty long !

I think about them all the time if I am wearing or not, When at work I think about how long it is till I can put a new one on.

I love everything about Diapers but I hate hate hate not being able to tune them out

I only really think about them when I have a larger than usual leak (today for example while I was sitting and working) or when I get up and walk around. Despite wearing these for years, I can’t seem to get to the point of not feeling the bulky part between my legs. I’m pretty much aware of it 100% of the time when I’m not seated or sleeping. Granted if I was wearing something thin like Depend or Tranquility Slimline, I would probably not even notice it.

Probably not even an hour, I don’t wear diapers all the time (like 2x a week). But I am thinking about them pretty much all day every day.

I am a diaper wearer to work and in public, not at home, but I store in totes.
There have been times I have gone a day or two not wearing one but it still be on my mind.
I dont wear when I am visiting family, it can be embarrassing then. I generally keep to myself. Mostly I wear diapers on average 5-6 days a week, but I personally don't mess. That has not worked out for me.
Also I recommend depending on situation if you are traveling for work I would keep a few in a a separate bag in case you want to wear.

I am interested in hearing from others about this who are also IC. I am willing to bet that those who wear for "fun" continually think about them which is only natural, ESPECIALLY if they sexually excite you. While I'd be lying IF I said I never got off with diapers alone, I had a tremendous amount of "diaper sex" with my girlfriend

Well, like you've said, it's just my regular underwear. I like to make sure they fit right. I check the look because I'm always worried that my diaper might show the bulge. When I'm out in public or working, most of the time I don't even think about it. But when I know my diaper was wetting or even flooding, I start to think about #1 - bulging showing, #2 - possible smell and # 3 - when I have a sudden BM (rare), how visible and possible odor if someone might notice. Other than that I like any regular guy who isn't into diapers.

And for what you said about not lying about getting off with a diaper and "diaper sex" with your girlfriend, I really get that. I think any long time IC person, especially having masturbated or sex with a girlfriend, most of the time I'm wearing my diaper. But it doesn't really doesn't bother me. My girlfriend likes to "play" with my diaper (not sure why) and she thinks they're cute. But other than that it's just what I wear.

I don't wear diapers 24/7. I don't wear diapers everyday but I do wear them maybe 3 to 4 days a week. Some times when I don't have a diaper on I say gee it would be nice to have a diaper on right about now.

This brings up another question. How many of you took your diaper off for a diaper break and totally forgot you did and wet your pants or did both jobs in your pants?
