Another ABDL weekend at my Great-Aunt's house!

However, today something happened. My tummy was a bit upset for some reason, and I had a bad bout of Diaperrhea when I bent down to pick up her Chihuahua, I ACCIDENTALLY messed my Diaper!
I immediately put him down and was saying things like "oh my god!" and "oh jeez!" My Aunt asked what was wrong, and I told her I had an accident, I rushed to grab another Diaper, and a plastic bag and went into the bathroom, all while spreading my legs and hoping to avoid any dripping outta my Diaper and onto my pajamas.
I got myself all cleaned up and taken care of. A Diaper change is nothing new, even a Diaper change at my Great-Aunt's house is nothing new (during my housesitting ventures). But a Diaper change at my Great-Aunt's house with my Great-Aunt IN THE HOUSE IS new territory! My heart was racing, I felt so ashamed/embarrassed doing THAT in front of my Great-Aunt without her permission since it's her house, her rules. I'm just a guest, and internationally wetting and messing my Diaper in her presence feels wrong since she hasn't said it's OK, and I'm not going to ask.
Afterwards I came out of the bathroom all fresh and clean, and my Aunt asked if I was OK? I told her "I think so." Then I disposed of my messy Diaper in the outside trash, sat on the couch and apologized to my Aunt. And you know what? Like every other time she was super cool and understanding!
She said "that's OK" I told her "I will say, I'm glad I had a Diaper on in that situation because if I had an accident in my pajamas it would've been soooooo much worse and 10x more embarrassing!" To which she said "it's alright, it happens."
So, an embarrassing accident in front of my Aunt wasn't that bad because she was nothing but supportive! I'm the one who made it awkward. I want you to know I wouldn't have been so embarrassed had I been given permission prior. If my Aunt says she OK with me using my Diapers, I'll GLADLY do it! But she hasn't said that, and I'm not about to ask. Another thing is in that situation I wouldn't have been against her changing me, but only if she had offered. Again she didn't say anything like "do you need help?" or "do you want me to change you?" And I wasn't about to ask. Maybe someday we'll get to that point, but we're not there yet, and if she doesn't make the first move, I'm not gonna either, and so, we may never get to that that point, which I have fully accepted. I'm not gonna make her do something she may not be comfortable with, that's messed up! 
But if we ever DO get that point it might not be so awkward/embarrassing for me. However, since we're not at that point it was super awkward/embarrassing! But the fact that my Aunt was nothing but supportive when I had a messy accident in my Diaper shows that maybe we might both get more comfortable with it if we get to that point someday. Not gonna make this a regular thing, but because I have IBS, everybody has accidents, and get upset tummies this is bound to happen again at some point, it was my first accident, but I know it won't be my LAST! So, the next time it happens (and not because I did it intentionally because I WON'T) I won't make it so awkward knowing my Aunt won't.
