Honestly I don't know what to think anymore. I read the article about three times, talked to some people on facebook (and got destroyed...), talked to some people on a site talking bad about @syddiaperguy (and got banned for it...) and now I am here.

Thanks to people not knowing what abdl is and the context behind everything, made this article sound way more worse then it should. If what you said is true then there should still be hope.

The fact that u do not wear them because of sexual reasons (unless I read that wrong) and you did not expose your kids to your diapers (except for the waistband that one time) then she should have ABSOLUTLY no reason to take your kids away.

The judge who took your case did not even do her job correctly in this case. I am sorry for what happend and wish I could something to help.

It is hard to read between the lines on this. Anyone can claim one thing or the other. That and women almost always win in court.

But I know one thing if she is dating a registered pedophile convicted of 50 plus counts of child porn. Note that this person is not accused but Not accused but convicted. I would have those kids removed from her care in a minute if this is the company she keeps. People do not change. That or I would just kill the the convicted felon and do the world a real favor.. It just seams sad she is using this fetish as a unhealthy unsafe place for kids to be around him but is seeing a known convicted pedophile. I mean if this is all fact that he stated. Again ADISC is not always a place people tell the truth and the there is no perjury if a few details have been changed.

My ex's partner was convicted of 50+ charges for purchasing child pornography. The court files were made available to trial judge. Despite this being the case. He is allowed to contact my children as long as my ex is supervising.

This goes to show how unfair and unjust this decision was.

Personally I would give up any fetish or desire to be in my kids life. Right or wrong it is the kids that always get hurt.

It is hard to understand all the facts from what has been stated. Nor did I look up the the Facebook page. But if it is not medical need and thechildren are seeing a grown up in a diaper or pretending to be a baby than than that os not not cool in anyway. . I only remember my daughter only once as a kid seeing me in a diaper and it was because she opened a door without knocking and also a rule at our house. But she obviously seen us buy them and seen them in our restroom. But I really did keep it away from her and my use was all out of need for incontinence protection. But to be honest I really did not want her to ever fell like haveing to wear a diaper was Normal. I mean I certainly did not want her to be confused when teaching her how to become potty trained. That and they need to see us as adults and role models to them not big babies. Anyone that thinks Ab life is a normal act they need to teach their childeren need help.


I wont judge this person because i do not know the situation. I do know that some people hit below the belt when it comes to custody battles and could possible make things preseaved as more than it is. But kids need to be kids and not be pervy to everything adults do. Like I said I have not followed any of this.

this is horrible. justice is twisted and corrupt all around the world. and this is yet another reason of many that I don't want to have kids. I'm mostly asexual, but I do wish I could have a relationship someday. just without sex. and almost surely without kids.

I wouldn't ever publicize my diaper wearing. Although truly sometimes I need them for medical reasons, other times I like to play just as many others. But to do anything and allow children in on it is crazy-thinking.

It's kinda like a gun collector who has a huge gun library and allows kids in their "showroom" with no locks on the doors. Crazy. Fetish or not. People shouldn't leave personal items out for anyone if they are not intimately associated. Scary and irresponsible and kinda socially twisted.

One issue I do have.

If he's a registered sex offender that would mean that he 'the' sex offender couldn't be around children. By law. Social services would be involved so would the police, He would be on the register and banned from contact with children. So how come he's allowed near children? There is more to this story them being presented I think.

My children absolutely love and adore me as I do them.

They will not give you some supervised time with them even? In the US often the mother or parent seeking soul custody and the court can pick some neutral party to supervise a visit. Not saying that is necessary but you could see them some. I mean people in jail are supervised too.

This sounds like the case of an ex-wife wanting to destroy a man. Yet another reason why I highly recommend disclosing your abdl needs long before marriage. If she can't take it, you need to walk on. Otherwise this could be your future.

Nope they didn't want supervised visits because the man hating expert said that is not sustainable. My lawyer asked expert about video calls. Despite doing video calls for 3 years with no problems the expert said that she has seen to many things go wrong with video calls and said that would be a risk also.

That's like a cop saying to a driver I can't give you a driver's licence because I have seen to many car accidents

The big problem with my case and the reason it needs to be overturned is the legal precedent it sets for other families to use.

That being.... If there is a risk of psychological harm to the children for something that be considered embarrassing and the child could potentially be bullued than that parent can be severed from there child.

So if you own a Sex shop, Work in sex Industry are a cross dresser, Transgender this case will be used against you.

Not only was my story published in papers, Breakfast Radio Shock jocks absolutely annihilated me on air. They made up a news paper article headline stating " I can't HUGGIE my kids anymore "

Exactly why I do not own a single photo of me in a diaper. If I ever did take one I would look at it myself then delete immediately. I never would upload to the cloud or post personal pics on Adisc or anyplace else. Diaperman95 was created for this space only and so was the email account used to join. I value my privacy. I give a lot of detail about my health and maybe someone might one day figure out who I am but I know my wife would never hurt me. Also I would like to mention I put to the court a long list of court ordered conditions I was willing to obey that would have mitigated any potential risk of harm. Still the courts did not see this as enough

I can understand your points for sure. We are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. But often that is not the case. To many Dads want nothing to do with their kids. It is sad because you certainly sound like you love them and want them to know you. I wish I had better advice. I just never have been in that situation. But all you can do is keep fighting. Make sure you give her no new Ammo she can twist. That and use her bad choices against her too.

From some of the things you have stated, it sounds like your ex may have narcissistic personality disorder. Truth is not relevant to her, control is. I recommend picking up a book about narcissistic personality disorder. It might answer a lot of questions for you about what is really going on. Multiply that by an out of control judge and you end up in the sad state of affairs that you're in. By thinking laterally about what got you to this point, you may be able to work with your lawyer (solicitor?) to come up with a different approach. Your ex has impeached your character and the judge swallowed it hook line and sinker. It's time to impeach your wife's character and demand to know why the court thinks it's okay for a mother to behave this way.

Yes indeed. I know how you feel. Women can be very possessive of children. The real reason she doesn't want you involved is that she wants them all to herself.

My case will hopefully be heard in the High Court of Australia. This court is in our Capital Territory similar to Washington DC. It is the highest Court in our land.
