Honestly my hand is mostly ok I'm more worried about my fingernail growth. I think it is a good idea to search for faster ways to regrow finger nails

I was running to the bus stop to try and catch it and as I was running I tripped and fell hurting my hand- knee- and elbow. I scraped my kee and elbow but half of my fingernail on my left hand is missing. I was wonder if there's a way to regrow the fingernail faster than waiting for it...
