I like to change myself in privacy all alone. I care to have a waterproof diaper bag with what is needed for an accidental fecal issue. I also carry air freshener and hand sanitizer.

I would go the other route and ingest less hydration and then change more often. I prefer plastic backed, and Rearz Pink is what I love the best. I am rarely incontinent but I have wet the bed. So I am an DL from way back!

I realized the same thing at a certain age.

I would say change right away...no leak guards should allow that....I have leaked once but I have learned to avoid it..
