Very first diaper

So last night before bed I put on my first disper. It was hard at first getting it straight and taping correctly.
How long is it safe for me to keep this diaper on for.

It's safer is you leave it on.

If you are prone to rashes, you may need to change them regularly or use a barrier cream like Desitin. Other than that, smell and leaking is a factor in changing. I've been a diaper for 24 hours before, but I didn't really wet in it that much.
