Thank you everyone for helping me, this person was in fact a scammer they just wouldn't agree to meeting up before paying and the photos they sent were too sus and they refuse to continue speaking to me and then blocked me after I called them a scammer, very sad It really was too good to be true

Just never send money to anyone in advance of an intended meet up.

As a rule of thumb - to anyone who might be reading this - would be to not exchange money unless you can define what you are getting in return.

Paying for someone else to have peace of mind that you are willing to give them money is a completely one-way and therefore bogus offer.
