Swimming naked at school...

For some reason I just had a flash back to when I was in Jr. High School, on the swim team.
As weird as this sounds now, at the time most of us thought nothing of it.
The boys swim team always practiced naked. Sure, the coach wore swim trunks, but we were all skinny dipping. For a swim meet, then we of course all work swim suits.
I don't recall anything sexual ever coming out of this. I guess I was to young to be aware of sex, penises, gay anything, etc...
Anyone else ever go through this. I assume this naked boys swim team stuff is no longer practiced...?

I was on the high school swim team in the mid 90’s and the only time we were naked is in the locker room to change and take showers. But never in the pool or on deck.
