I don't know. I remember getting paddled when I was little and wet my pants during it. I think fear was the major factor that caused me to wet but I also cried during it. I've also been so scared that I squirted in my pants. (We will not discuss what age I was)
So maybe OP just needs someone to put some fear into him.
