When I'm being little, my partner (who I suppose is the closest thing to my caregiver, even though he's just my partner) will just give me the odd suprise diaper check with a pat or squeeze or pull back my pants to see. Or sometimes he'll just ask me and I'll say. Most of the time it's just confirming what he suspects through smell or how I'm acting
