I’ve had bowel and stomach issues since I can remember but I hadn’t explored adult diapers until I found some at a retirement home. I then started wearing diapers for my stomach aches and diarrhoea and haven’t looked back since. Molicare maxi is my current nappy I use

I don't know why lots of doctors don't let the patient's know diapers can help. My urologist was amazed at how much better my quality of life is because I do wear diapers full time. Glad that you were able to find diapers/nappies that allow you to keep enjoying life.
