I love my natural breasts which are a 34D.It was 6 6 months into me living as Hailey,my wife brought this up to figure out the options with me.Saw I was fed up wearing the breast forms and wanted my own breasts.Breast augmentation was not an option.The creams and pills,found out they did not work at times.Last option was the best for me,on HRT just for the breast development.Talked to a specialist on it and went through also seeing a therapist.Took 3 years to the right cup size I wanted.Wife agreed and loves the results to this day.I can wear strapless tops and dresses,certain tops and bikini tops without a problem.

Hailey that is wonderful!! Your wife is very fortunate. Hope you'll share some e photos someday. You must feel wonderful too!!😍😍

Yes,she loves it when we get intimate.I feel wonderful as well.Like my wife,I do have the mammograms done once a year

I am envious. I wear DD teardrop forms and a bra every day at home. If I had my own DD cups, I could wear them in public. Actually, I would have to wear them in public. At age 78, HRT isn't in the cards. There are times I wish I could have done this 50 years ago. It's great your wife is on board with you have such nice boobs.

I have been massaging and using herbal supplements and am getting some shape. Love to try hrt

Very nice, I have had some luck with one company called Natural Day, it did grow my breasts to a full B cup. It is addicting though, as you want to keep growing and being larger. I said from the beginning though I wanted a B and I would stop. I did but deep down I really want a C/D size
 
This is a great discussion! I'd love to have even a A cup but I'm sure like the other poster said once I got there I would go bigger 🙂. It would be a huge bonus if my gf actually wanted me to have them too. I could tell her "hey you're going to enjoy them just as much as me!"
 
With being on hrt for over 10yrs. Omg the first 2 was the best. My breast developed so nicely. I'm naturally a 38 C cup but I'm thinking of getting enlargement done. I really would like to be a 38 DD. I had an orchiectomy last year. My breast did get a tiny big bigger or actually Fuller to a plumpy sized full C cup. But DD would fit my stature better.
I'm glad your happy with being yourself and your wife is supporting and happy as well. Happiness is what really matters in life.
