I am hoping someone can translate the following image. It looks kind of like there might be a bedwetting theme about it, and I was hoping to find out what is written.

The bottom line is a long shot I know, but I am hoping someone can at least translate the section on the right. I tried to use google translate, but it wasn't very effective.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

It says oya shirazu ko shirazu. I’m pretty sure its just the title of the print “Parent unaware, Child unaware” It may have nuances to it that I’m not aware of though.
