I have been lately getting a pain in my lower left rib cage. Within 5 minutes I'm pooping. I have had a couple accidents can't get to the toilet fast enough. Any advice would help?

That is definitely NOT normal. Get to a doctor ASAFP!

As so clear stated above, please see your MD.
The pain you are feeling in your lower left rib cage could be the top end of your lower intestine. But, intestine pain, prior to a release would be else were. Yup, as so clearing stated: Contact your MD ASAP!
