I'm a 39 year old boy and my gf is the same age. She knows I am abdl and doesn't mind that I wear diapers around the house, but doesn't want to participate. We've also had discussions about dresses, which she doesn't mind that I buy some, but doesn't want me wearing them around the house. So she'd let me have time to myself in the house if I need it. The problem I have now is, I am 6' and weigh 225 and feel like wearing a dress isn't right unless I weigh around 185. My confidence to wear one is very low and I am shy to buy even though my gf approves and doesn't mind.
Did any of you had a hard time to accept this side of you snd if so, how did you overcome it? I also feel like part of this issue is along with some body shaming. Not a lot, but enough to stop me from buying.
