I like how they have Donkey Kong in there too, I'll watch it. I don't like video game movies, but this looks like a fun one.

I will have to get it on dvd when it comes out or pirate it because streaming is too expensive at the moment.

There have been several good video game movies lately. I liked detective pikachu, and the sonic movie. I haven't watched the second one but I get its good as well.

It will have to be very good to displace the first one in my heart.

Admittedly it was a train-wreck but what a magnificent mess it was!

My big worry would be that it ends up like the Lion King, flashy VFX and no substance but being shiny and new displaces the original in the Zeitgeist. Would be a real shame.
