That are like Goodnites (don't have to copy the designs, but I do like cammo and sailor stripes.) Please read nappy companies.

I miss Goodnites! Really kind of sad that there seems to be none to be found like them.
 
Not sure about adult pullups with patterns, but I'm really linking the GoSupreme Pullups from Northshore. They are really comfortable and I'm sometimes wearing them as regular underwear lately for comfort and anxiety relief. I don't really wet much but knowing they can handle a lot of fluids is also a huge anxiety relief when I'm going to be away from home all day. They come in White, Black and Pink. I wear the black ones under black stretchy synthetic boxer briefs and with a little powder they're very comfortable to wear all day.
