Monoprice IDE to Compact Flash CF Adapter w/PCI Bracket

CF card will need to be up to 32 GB since that is the maximum hard drive limit for Windows 95, right?

That's correct - it's the upper limit of what the FAT32 file system can handle. That's the correct adapter, you found it.
