Would the people next door want to know you wear diapers ?
Why would you want to share something so personal with them ?
(Even if they have seen pictures of you cross dressing).
Living in an accepting community is one thing, being too open is another. (Finding what is best for everyone is NOT easy).

Yeah, I wouldn't share that with them. It's one thing to being you, who you need to be which I assume is a trans girl. Trans people should be accepted by everyone even though I know they're not, but they are accepted by many. Wearing diapers is different in that it's like underwear: it's not seen. Because diapers can be our potty, people don't need to know about it and I'm sure they don't want to know about it.
