Your height and build are very similar to mine (although I'm a bloke!).
Anyway, google says a "size 12" means a 29"/73cm waist... An inch smaller than me, but still a MEDIUM diaper size, I'd say.
You aren't far off fitting into small diapers, especially without manly appendages, so whilst I'm fairly sure mediums would be best in general, if you wanted something lower-rise, or just a bit smaller, the small size might be an option. And some brands are bigger/smaller than others in their corresponding sizes.
The best way to find out is to try some and see what works best for you.
