Hi all...new here. Incontinent for about 5 years with OAB and heavy urge incontinence. Just looking for a place to discuss these issues with like minded folks who have similar medical issues.

Im not ABDL but am aware of it and have no judgement anout it. I use some abdl marketed products to manage my IC.
