Hello All
I wanted to introduce myself. It's certainly awkward to wake up to wet sheets and going to the doctor wearing diapers later on in my life.
I started bedwetting and having day accidents in my late 30s. The traditional doctors diagnosed me with secondary enuresis and overactive bladder. I also seeked alternate medicine and was diagnosed with a virus in my bladder - long COVID ultimately. I also seem to have some childhood trauma that I'm working through with cranial sacral therapy.
I've made some good progress and finally had a dry week after almost 2 years! I hope to provide insights on what worked for me and support others.
