What do those that are urinary incontinent do for a dot drug test. As I have limited control I'm worried if I get selected for a random test.

Unfortunately, for a DOT Drug screen, blood and hair isn’t acceptable. When I have to do mine, I usually Cath and use a valve at the end to stop things for an hour or so. Other option is a clamp.

were do you get that. with being able to be pulled random i would like to have something.
