Not a brand new prototype, there have been many different "new" designs like this on places like Alibaba, mostly small unknown businesses who have "rented" time on a diaper machine at an existing factory to create their own run of prints, some can be decent diapers, many are really cheaply made and not great for much except the cute prints.
