Does anyone else find that if you use diaper rash paste like Desitin that Betterdry’s fall apart? I sometimes get diaper rash in my groin where the leg gathers so I use the Desitin. If it gets near them the leg gathers fall apart away from the rest of the diaper. They only do this if I use diaper rash paste though. I had bad diaper rash a few times, and the insides basically disintegrated. Plus they had zero absorbency. I don’t remember this happening when I was wearing Northshore Supremes.

Many creams/lotions, with petroleum products in them, eat the adhesives on a number of diapers, BetterDry / Crinklz included.

Yes, this is a know issue with betterdry and crinklz, whatever glue they use to put in the leak guards is very susceptible to being broken down by skin cream.
Not sure on the chemistry of it but its definitely a 'thing'

I kind of figured that. Fortunately diaper rash is pretty rare for me, so it usually doesn’t matter. You would think they would design the diapers to handle the skin care products associated with wearing diapers…
