Best Adult Swim Diaper For Fecal Incontinence ???

The "7 year old" is considering going swimming again, however he is fecal incontinent .
What is the best adult swim diaper that you have used, or know others to have used, that can contain a large accident without leaking mess into the pool ?

I've tried the SOS and found it to be a bit uncomfortable/bulky with the huge velcro tabs as ideally you wear it under a pair of regular swim shorts. Now I use the splash about swim diaper. It's basically like a neoprene/wetsuit type material that fits like a regular pull-on brief. It fits smoothly under swim shorts though you could wear it on it's own without getting any looks, unlike the SOS. Granted, I've never had a messy accident while wearing either but they both seem like they would work well.

The SOS is completely waterproof while the splash about is more like water resistant; If you wet it it will leak very slowly so it wouldn't be obvious.
