ASD issues

For those who have ASD (or other developmental issues like autism), do you notice that your ability to stay dry and what not can be impacted by your stress levels or that you have to change more often when stressed?

I have what used to be called Asperger's. Yes, stress levels influence my wetting. Before I went back to 24/7 diapering I had many close calls and more than a few wetting accidents. Today I don't need to be very concerned about leaking because I wear diapers that will last more than 12 hours unless they are soiled. I do notice, though that I wet more frequently and in larger amounts when I feel stressed. A very full diaper gets quite uncomfortable.
