Anyone else practice yoga? I try to at least 3 times a week and really notice if I skip a few sessions, both in achy muscles and my mental state.

The trick is not forcing yourself to high a lift at the start even if it doesn't look right that one you have to do incrementally.
No you got the best method right there. Thanks! Bit random but can you do the splits?
