Times you wear most often / your diaper time schedule

I wear every night because I have really bad back problems. I have been diapered every night for about 2 years now because about 2 years ago, my back started getting so bad that I couldn't get out of bed in the morning and started having wetting and messing accidents because I couldn't make it to the bathroom in time. Last August, I threw my back out and was totally incontinent for about 2 weeks. I didn't have insurance at the time so I couldn't see a doctor about it. The issue very slowly got better and now I am what I would consider partially bladder and bowel Incontinent. Since last August, I have been wetting and messing in my sleep. During the day, if I stay at home, I can usually make it to the bathroom so I normally don't wears a diaper. If I go out, I always need to wear a diaper because I frequently have accidents. My doctor knows of all of my back and incontinence issues and wants me to see a spine specialist. I told her I will never get surgery on my spine because everyone I know that has had spinal surgery wishes they didn't get the surgery because they all say they are worse off now than before the surgery. I do plan to see a spine specialist in the near future to see if I can get a back brace to at least alleviate the pain. I know the incontinence is here to stay because by now the damage to the nerves that control my bladder and bowels is most likely permanent.

I only wear diapers on weekends because then I can mess in them and have time to still wear it . Plus I have school on weekdays.

I wear 24/7. Its hard for me to cope without a nappy on.

I genuinely wish I could but I have school and if people hear me crinkling then I will DEFINITELY be made fun of.

In general for me it's Friday Night until Monday morning unless I have a day off from work during the week. Sometimes will wear on a weeknight but that's pretty rare now.

People around us truly do not notice our diapers quite like we do. Even when it seems obvious to us, they are unlikely to even realize what they are hearing, let alone hear it at all. And the very few that do notice might be a little weirded out by it but usually won't mention it more than once. It's only in the extrmemy rare case does som eone notice AND .ake an issue of it. For people like them you should not be afraid of, as they deserve more pity than anything.

As mentioned in many other threads though, wearing a pul diaper cover over a disposal will help contain leaks (which is what's truly the most noticable) as well as greatly muffle any diaper noises.
