Its 170 for the wired version and 200 for the wireless one, but if the PS4 controller is "unusable" to you there seem to be some really good (although expensive) controllers out there that have different layouts, extra buttons, and customizability/programability, the one linked above seems the most insane (and customizable/programmable to your preferences) to date and probably the most expensive.
Personally I've never had a problem using a controller on any of the systems I've ever owned, least of all a PlayStation controller (going from PSX TO PS4), and the PS4 controller seems like a big step up in sizing compared to the PS3 controller (which was small for my Huge Hands, but not unusable).
