I'm sure this topic has come up before, but I'm actually in a situation where Job Corps is supplying me while I'm training here. They are working with a local distributer of medical supplies with meager choices, but choices they are. So, out of these four that I can pick from, what would you recommend to someone who experiences urinal incontinence?

1) Tranquility Slimline Breathable Briefs:

2) Tena Classic Briefs:

3) Prevail Nu-Fit Briefs:

4) Attends Value Tier Breathable Briefs:

(Amazon links used for simplicity.)

For reference, I use the Tena Super XL at the moment, and change between 2-3 times a day:

If any of you have some recommendations based on personal or heard experiences with these brands, I would greatly appreciate advice on what to go with moving forward.

Thank you for your input!

I have not tried any of those diapers specifically but brand wise I liked Tena the best followed by Tranquility.

The Tena I used is the Maxi and the super stretch, the Tranquility is the ATN version. The Tena I could make it through the night in either the Maxi or Stretch but the Tranquility I had leaking issues with at night but a great daytime diaper even though ATN stands for All Through the Night its actually great during the day and for naps.

Yeah, Tena has been decent. I really wanted the ATNs, they're not that expensive for a plastic backed, which would work better for me. But, that's life.

I only have experience with Attends and Tena (European versions). Tena is better than the breathable model is Attends.

Tena classic is definitely the best of those choices. Maybe close incpar eith tranquility atn. Not that great, a d you will need to change more often, but at least they are not breathable and mostly work.
