breathing trigger

Breathing a certain way is an odd trigger, but It still works for me. What happens is ill lay down on my back with my legs spread out and Ill breath with my stomach and my chest, as apposed to breathing with just my stomach, and make my breathing really visibly noticeable, if that makes any sense? Ill also do this weird hiccup type thing, but not really a hiccup.

I've noticed that babies sometimes breath a different way to children or adults. just something weird i picked up on

Does anyone else have a weird trigger or odd mannerism to get into or stay in littlepsace? Odd triggers are fascinating to me I just love how unique it is
