When buying a onesie how do I know if i am size large, xtralarge 2xl,etc
 
I generally go by shirt sizes. Haven't been led too wrong by doing that. I know little for big runs a little small and baby pants a little big, but overall shirt size is a good estimate. Most places have a size chart too if you're unsure.

Just make sure you know your waist and hip size. That's what I go by.
