The pack listed on ebay could very well be from the late 90s or early 2000s, but probably not past 2003 or 2004 as that's when I remember Attends coming in a newer design bag. At the same time the ebay listing isn't from the early 90s as Attends Youth came in different packaging, and the logo was not the stylized "A" but rather trifoil type of thing.
And yes, if a company today were to produce diapers in a Vintage Attends style it would be very nostalgic, and I probably couldn't resist a pack
