In my opinion, the biggest difference in the feeling of the wetnes is between disposable and cloth diapers. Cloth diapers do not "suck" away wetness and so feeling of the dampness / wetness stays much more present.
If you want / like the feeling of beeing wet in disposables, the best option are vintage diapers with few / no SAP, but they will absorb only few pee. there are modern diapers wich feel like the vintage ones, like the two bears sold on Temu.
