Why is this happening

Hi all,
I just wanted to ask you a question.
But first allow me to set it up ok so I already have a handful of stuffies and just recently bought a new one a couple weeks back but for what ever reason within 2-3 minutes of cuddling with the new stuffie I start to cry. Now don't get me wrong I've been needing to release some raw emotions I've bottled up for a long time. So my question is this why is it I have this reaction to this specific stuffie and not any of the others?

Hi Kiddo,

I am guessing it's your inner child coming out as you letting yourself have a plushie is saying it ok and that they are safe.

Keep with it try and work out the emotions, there will be more that one.

By know what you are feeling can help your inner child express the why.

Also take your time letting your inner child know that they are safe and there is no rush will help them.
