Therapy and diapers

So I'm going through therapy for a shoulder surgery and most of the time I wear diapers. Today. Why they had me doing some really long stretches? I reach back and could tell my diaper was hanging out in full view of my jeans. I know somebody had seen it but nobody paid attention or said anything. And instead of correcting it I left it the way it was and continued my therapy.
