I usually am in my cloth 8-10hrs overnight, depending. During day I wear a double northshore supreme with a booster in each and I can go about 10-12 hours depending on what I'm doing. I usually will use 3 disposables in a day and then my cloth overnight. It varies from day to day on length of time.
