The longest I have been in one diaper , was once when I was so sick, i took 3 , Lenoltec #3 , for pain , and slept for 47 hours straight. I woke up in a totally saturated diaper and a soaked double thick bed pad. I didn't get a diaper rash.....thank god!!!!!!!!
