It's difficult but it's important that somebody else know specially if youre more AB than DL

some ABDL's like messing, others only peeying, others none, it's something common but it's something somehow rejected by people who don't like it

Hi, i have studied history in college, what periods do you like more? i love everything before the industrial revolution, i like the history of England and France in the late middle ages, and the history of the countries of the americas before the conquest

At least in the case of a AB/DL friend who "untrain" himself now he wet the bed without wanting to, so now he has to go to the bathroom like 3 times a day to don't wet the bed

with the smelly stuff you can cover it with newspaper and some alcohol, thats why i do

Years ago i used to do that, the friday because i could sleep late, i diapered myself in the afternoon and change the diaper before the shower

Many of us has been through something similar, it's embarassing, if she speak with you tell about your feelings

In my case only with certain friends, and i think this is in the most cases, it's normal that the family don't understand this at all, it's new for them but maybe not for future parents
