Howdy - The demand on ABU products in Australia has been very high, and there is a huge time window from the time of manufacturing to the time that it arrives in Melbourne.
You will be happy to know we have a moderate shipment coming in within the next week or so - it it in the port right now...
We are working on getting these shipped to all of the zones outside of North America, we just don't have an exact timeline. We hope by the end of this year we will have them in stock everywhere else.
We didn't make any changes to the PowerUps at all between batches. The absorbency has been tested to be the same on all batches. It's possible there was a section of a run that may have been short on SAP. I'd really like samples of the ones you have so that we can compare them to what we have in...

So, generally they are the ADL, or "Acquisition distribution layer". Some diapers have them, some diapers don't. They are also made in white, which is what we use in our diapers. They serve to help lock and guide moisture into the core of the diaper and preventing it from squishing back out.
We want the containers as full as possible, but oddly, sometimes, it is cheaper to ship a container that isn't full than to ship a few pallets in certain zones.
40HC are really 1' taller than a standard 40GP container.
