I usually change on my bed
Do you use a changing pad and a table or bed? Or do you simply stand up?

I like to do on bed just do standing up if I really need to

Well i'm mostly in bed most the time, so that said i change in bed, and as standing for any length of time is an issue, that method is at this point not longer really an option.
As it is, i was not one to really like to change standing and always could be better applied lying down and that is the best way if being changed as well. I'm mostly able to do myself but from time to time require some assistance.

Always standing up as that I how I find changing the most practical.

Since I always change myself after an accident I find that it is just as easy to change myself standing up.
I do find that it is sometimes easier to lie down to put on rash cream afterward, though.
