What are you planning to eat this evening? It is Sunday today and I have brought the traditional Sunday roast tradition with me to the Netherlands. Tonight it's roast chicken, roast potatoes, broccoli and some carrots.

Still need to knead the dough, that's the hardest part. I regularly make pizzas from scratch.....lovely.

I do that quite often at home. I started my working life working in a Pizza shop way back and I still love to make my own rather than buy one.

Love chili dogs and a good chili in general but I don't make it myself anymore.

I am roasting some aubergine with sweet peppers and toms to go with sate and some rice.

Sounds great but hold the cheddar for me, I prefer to smother it all in beef gravy. Home made of course. Make it about once a month.
