4 good night sleeps, 4 SOAKED diapers in a row (not saying a lot with the medical diapers I have but still). Usually, it's a wet week with 3 soaked diapers, never multiple nights in a row.

Thanks, I wasn't supposed to get here until next Wednesday so it was a surprise when I saw the package on the doorstep when I took my service dog out to do you know what.
    Merry Christmas.

So this month I bought "woman's" urinary pads instead of "men's" guards and It was the best choice, things line up so much better in the way I "control" down there. Just a note for any people AMAB who has and Gender Dysphoria with things down there and need to be more "controlling" with that organ.

@Adair37 I still live with my parents. I have trouble being financially independent with my disability.
No need to apologize, no I don't know if I will have bottom surgery because I have had enough surgeries, and the last time (Oct 2020) I couldn't even keep water down for 24 hours after.

Oh poor you. Well it doesn't make a lot of difference in the long haul. The hormone treatment worked best - for me.
The Surgery was very important to me because I came to it late and after it felt I had a whole new life with new demands.
But that was 35 years ago. I hope you find adisc helpful.
and I hope your Christmas has gone well and continues to tomorrow.

    Love

Yes, ADISC has been amazing. I was off it for a while but it has been really good to make the last few weeks since coming out.
Thanks, I hope your Christmas was good too!

    Oh I had that!
As a response to yesterday's post. I talked to the doctor and they want me to do a little research into it but next month I am probably going to start a regiment of a DHT inhibitor to lessen some of the male characteristics while keeping the benefits to the bones T provides. I will also mean I won't have to go onto a diuretic which with well managed IC could be problematic.

DHT That rings a bell - remind me what it is please.

@Adair37 DHT is a hormone that is derived from testosterone and among other things works to produce post-puberty hair (i.e. facial hair, body hair, etc.), causes certain male organs to grow, makes certain male bodily fluids, among other things. Here is a link to a wiki about DHT with more information.

@Adair37 The doctor at the clinic sees it all the time so it was nothing out of the ordinary for them. The doctor gave some good resources and information about some support groups.

Very happy for you. I clicked on 'Like' but it doesn't work for me. dunno why. Still a message of support is better I think.
My new cute pull-ups. When I go to an in-person Dr. appointment I like to wear more than a pad just in case the wait is too long for my bladder. I had some leg injections today so I just wore this during the appointment. I told him the other day I was queer and he was great about it.

So after very high anxiety levels causing literal muscle pain in my shoulders and no sleep for the past few days over how I was going to tell my mom. I finally got up the courage and talked to her and tell her I am queer.

Her response: "So" *with a shoulder shrug*

So, now to laugh off that I was super stressed

@teezydeez yes it is a big relief.
I don't know if I will ever tell my family about me being a slight DL. It doesn't really matter though because I have to wear diapers anyway so, what would it change?

How do you define Queer? It used to be the insult straights threw at Gays - though Gay wasn't used then. I feel old.

@Adair37 queer (aka genderqueer) is when a person feels like they do not belong specifically to one of the two genders on the gender-binary. In other words, they feel like they are both a bit male and a bit female thus somewhere in the middle of the spectrum.

    'ALWAYS panties are great; though I'd need 2 0r 3 a day.
So, on Tuesday I have a regular appointment to get Dysport (a form of Botox used for muscle tone management) in my legs, I am 99% sure I am going to ask the Dr. to write any of my new notes using the "they/their" pronouns instead of "he/his". I feel like this is a big step for me but, definitely needed.

After much time and thinking, I changed my listed sex on this site from male to private because as of right now I am definitely in a gender-questioning time in my life, even though I am older then some people have them, I wanted my profile to reflect and they don't have a gender option.
